Dennis J. Kelly, Jr., 35, is responsible for command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) system development operations. He has led the development of advanced decision support aids for the U.S. Navy, and recently expanded the Company's C4I initiatives to include the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Kelly's grasp of operational problems has enabled him to make critical contributions to the Company's design and development of technologically advanced decision aid products for the tactical warfighter.
