) announced today that it will conduct an investor conference call on Tuesday, December 9, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. (ET) to discuss results for the first quarter ended October 31, 2008. Those results will be released before the market opens on December 9, 2008. The conference call will include Jim Green, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. ; John Millerick, Senior Vice President, CFO See Chief Financial Officer. , and Treasurer; and John Fry, Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporation Secretary. Brief presentations by management will be followed by a question-and-answer session.

To participate in the conference call, dial 1-866-823-6992, or 1-334-323-7225 for international callers, approximately ten minutes before the conference is scheduled to begin.
