, has gone live on Ockham Technologies' SalesRazor 3.0 software to set its sales quotas. The SalesRazor software is being used by approximately 30 sales managers to analyze past and projected performance on a territory-by-territory basis. For the first time, sales managers are able to establish accurate quotas quickly and efficiently, gain visibility into overall sales results and ensure peek performance by Analog Devices' 150 sales people.

The SalesRazor 3.0's Quota application is being used with Analog Devices' financial and compensation systems to provide sales managers with a single point of access to multiple sources of data. Combining this data with the step-by-step quota setting processes embedded in SalesRazor, Analog Devices has been able to define splits in sales credit and set quotas for its sales people in a single tool. SalesRazor shares information with Analog Devices' compensation administration system. With this system, it calculates compensation payouts and SalesRazor establishes goals and splits transactions.
