Anadigm Appoints Connie Grennan as CFO.

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Anadigm(R), the programmable analog company, today announced the appointment of Connie Grennan as its chief financial officer. Reporting to Bill McLean, Anadigm(R) president and CEO, Grennan succeeds founding CFO Fred Worth, who announced his retirement last month.

To her new role at Anadigm(R), Grennan brings more than 25 years of financial management experience in both start-up and major corporate manufacturing environments. Most recently she was vice president of finance and administration for Andigilog Inc., an analog semiconductor company. She was also CFO of Micro-Photonix Integration Corp. (MPI), which designed optical components for telecommunications systems. At CalComp, a Lockheed Martin company, Grennan held various financial management positions over a period of 15 years.

"Connie's hands-on financial management experience in the electronics industry, including both fabless and manufacturing environments, will be a key asset for Anadigm(R) as we move forward into a new stage of rapid growth," said McLean. Grennan's past experience includes fund raising, infrastructure development, and management of clean room construction at MPI, as well as leading an acquisition and managing various system integration and operational projects at CalComp.
