 BB), today announced its wholly-owned subsidiary Aaron Medical Industries Inc. has entered into an agreement with MedEcon Services Inc. of Louisville, Ky., a major group purchasing organizations of medical products in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. , servicing over 1,000 hospitals with combined annual purchases exceeding $3.8 billion. The three year agreement provides for the sale of battery operated cauteries, electro-surgery products, nerve locators and lighting products to hospitals, surgery centers, clinics and physician offices through MedEcon Services Inc.
