See indium.
as an antecedent ANTECEDENT. Something that goes before. In the construction of laws, agreements, and the like, reference is always to be made to the last antecedent; ad proximun antecedens fiat relatio.  of the WTO, describes how the WTO built its organizational and institutional structure, including the WTO bodies and their powers, the dynamics of the WTO as a regime, the decision- making rules and practices of decision-making, and the means of principle and subsidiary rule-making. The table of cases is particularly helpful for tracking decisions from the International Court of Justice, in WTO Panel Reports, and in decisions by other bodies. Mattys Brill (mä`tīs), 1550–83, went to Rome early in his career and executed frescoes for Gregory XIII in the Vatican.
