, of The Migdol Organization, were honored at the event, when a representative from City Council member Philip Reed's office presented the group with a Proclamation citing the importance of the company's volunteer efforts in the Harlem community. Migdol staff and family members were on hand, catering to their guests from East Harlem and the South Bronx.
