An e-mail marketing service for community banks.


E-mail marketing. That means developing personalized e-mail messages for customers. Big banks do it because they have big budgets. But how does a small bank accomplish e-mail marketing?

Email2Market is the name of an e-mail marketing solution designed to deal with this problem. It is offered by MarketMatch of Dayton, Ohio, a company that specializes in serving the marketing needs of small- to mid-size community banks. It is intended for small banks that want to market like large financial institutions but don't have the luxury of a large budget, according the Bruce A. Clapp, president.

The product allows banks to develop e-mail messages for large audiences and then receive detailed information on how customers used the information contained in the e-mail. The detailed usage reports include information on how many customers received the communication, opened it, visited the website or opted out of the message.
