By offering architects an easy-to-use, interactive resource for all their design needs, we hope to serve the profession as it transitions into the year 2000."

The CD-ROM version is completely interactive, allowing users to select and isolate desired images on the screen and enlarge them for easier viewing. Text and graphics can be exported to word processing word processing, use of a computer program or a dedicated hardware and software package to write, edit, format, and print a document. Text is most commonly entered using a keyboard similar to a typewriter's, although handwritten input (see pen-based computer) and  or presentation programs, as well as other Windows oriented applications. Information on ADA, classical architecture and masonry construction can be exported to Autocad or other Windows-based CAD systems. Any information on the CD can be printed with a few clicks of the mouse.
