An Open Letter To IPWG's Shareholders Regarding Short Selling.

CELEBRATION, Fla. -- IPWG:

Dear International Power Shareholders,

Over the last year, International Power Group, Ltd. (IPWG-OB) has made some significant accomplishments, including the acceptance for quotation of its common stock on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board from the Pink Sheets, the acquisition of AddPower, Anovo AB, and SUPE, and the onset of a joint venture with S.E.P.A., in Mexico, where efforts are underway to initiate a WTE plant. The IPWG team has been working for you, the shareholders, to help build the company to a success.

Today, I would like to reach out to you and provide information regarding your shares of IPWG stock. If your shares are being held in an account by a brokerage firm that allows for open usage of stock, you may unknowingly, be playing a role in an ongoing issue with the IPWG stock being "shorted." Some brokerage firms allow for one and one-half times the amount of shares that you own to be lent out to the market in connection with short selling. This then causes a major break in the number of actual shares available and those flooding the market.

In order for you not to fall into this position, I urge you to do one or all of the following:

(i) Do not register your stock under a street name but use your own name;

(ii) Confirm that your brokerage house has your certificates on hand and if not, make the request to obtain them yourself and provide them to your brokerage house or have your firm process the request for you;

(iii) Have your brokerage house sign an affidavit stating that they will not lend out your shares, as I have done with my own firm.

We also want you to know that Jack Wagenti, IPWG's Secretary and Treasurer, and I have both entered into written agreements in which we have agreed to lock-up our IPWG shares until there is a significant increase in the share price.

As you all know, it does not take overnight to build a company with such high potential as IPWG, but with substantial short selling a company can be destroyed in a very short time.
