"We believe that both shops and insurers should be able to easily access the information they need to correctly interpret an estimate," said Tom Fleming Tom Fleming, CVO, OBE, FRSAMD (born June 29, 1927) is a Scottish actor, director, and poet, and a television and radio commentator for the BBC.
