An Apple A Day Inc. announces that its lawsuit against Telco Communications Group Inc. will go forward and Telco's motion to dismiss is denied.


ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 1997--An Apple A Day Inc. announced Thursday that on Dec. 31, 1996, An Apple A Day Inc. (d/b/a Dial and Save), a Missouri Corporation, filed suit against Telco Communications Group Inc. (NASDAQ/NM:TCGX) in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, Eastern Division, Civil Action No. 4:96CV02534CDP CDP (cytidine diphosphate): see cytosine.

On Feb. 21, 1997, Telco issued a press release saying that, "Telco believes that An Apple A Day's lawsuit lawsuit: see procedure; tort.  is completely frivolous Of minimal importance; legally worthless.
