BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Sun Capital Partners, Inc. ("Sun Capital"), a leading private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and investments in market-leading companies, today announced that an affiliate of Sun Capital acquired certain assets of Rowe Furniture, Inc. ("Rowe Furniture") after receiving approval for the sale from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Rowe Furniture makes custom upholstered sofas, love seats, and chairs in traditional, contemporary, and transitional styles and supplies more than 1,200 retailers, located mostly in the mid-Atlantic and southern states.
