An Affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. Acquires International Bedding Corporation, a Manufacturer of Private Label and Limited Distribution Brand Mattresses and Mattress Foundations.

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Sun Capital Partners, Inc. ("Sun Capital"), a leading private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and investments in market-leading companies, today announced that one of its affiliates has acquired a majority controlling interest in International Bedding Corporation ("International Bedding"). Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, International Bedding is a leading national manufacturer and marketer of private label and limited distribution brand mattresses and mattress foundations. With nine plant locations operating in seven states, International Bedding is strategically located to provide responsive service to its customers located throughout the United States. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
