The press believes that the Bowl Championship Series (BCS (1) (The British Computer Society, Swindon, Wiltshire, England, www.bcs.org) The chartered body for information technology professionals in the U.K., founded in 1957. ) is a pitiful instrument and it never stops quibbling over the weekly ratings and the final selections for the championship game.

Is the BCS perfect? Absolutely not.

Does it work? Absolutely yes. Can we prove it? Just check the four national champions that have been anointed "Anointed" redirects here. For the process of anointing, see Anointing.

Anointed is a Contemporary Christian music duo consisting of siblings Steve and Da'dra Crawford. Their musical style includes elements of R&B, funk, and piano ballads.
 so far - Tennessee, Florida, Oklahoma, and Miami. All have been absolutely 14-carat champions.

The weekly polls may irritate once in a while, but they always come out right. The truth is that picking winners no longer takes genius. Every year the polls come up with the four or five best teams and a great matchup for the championship game.

Do the ratings or the money or the publicity justify all those bizarre match-ups in far-away places with their strange-sounding Bowl names?
