Amy M.H. Johnson Joins Cirrus Health as Vice President of Physician Strategic Development.

 -- Cirrus Health announced today the appointment of Amy M.H. Johnson as Vice President of Physician Strategic Development. Ms. Johnson joins the Physician Strategic Development department and will provide analysis and consulting services to physicians in facilities operated in partnership with Cirrus Health.

"Working with our current physician partners to expand their services and partnering with new physicians to develop new services in our facilities is an opportunity I am looking forward to."

Most recently, Johnson served as Director for HealthTexas Provider Network. Her responsibilities included providing consultant services pertaining to all aspects of a physician practice including, financial analysis, practice strategy, work flow analysis and other. In addition, Johnson analyzed practice data and negotiated the acquisition of established physicians into the HealthTexas Provider Network. Prior to HealthTexas, Johnson served as Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  and her primary responsibilities were to support the managed care and pharmaceutical compliance divisions of the PwC Healthcare Consulting Practice. Ms. Johnson received her Master of Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine Washington University School of Medicine, located in St. Louis, Missouri, is one of the most competitive and highly regarded medical schools and biomedical research institutes in the United States.  and her Bachelor of Science Noun 1.
