BRILLIANT lack of foresight from Pure Digital, formerly known as VideoLogic.

They brought out the first pounds 99 digital radio (not counting the 5,000 test models that flew off the shelves at Christmas) yet managed to spectacularly underestimate demand. Instead of launching thousands, they produced a paltry pal·try

 few hundred. Result: they sold out in hours and the Digital Radio Development Bureau was forced to pull an advertising campaign. Memo to Pure Digital: the UK is desperate for cheap digital radios, so get your arse in gear.
