Amtel-Vredestein Group is acquiring the Moscow Moscow, city, Russia

 Tire Plant, including a recent upgrade of production capacity and equipment at the Moscow Tire Plant-M. According to according to

 the terms of the transaction, the group is acquiring Moscow Tire Plant-M, along with service sites and all of its tire producing equipment, and it will also manage the Moscow Tire Plant until December December: see month.  2007. The group plans to produce Amtel and Vredestein tires at the Moscow Tire Plant.
