sent to all shareholders and the proxy card sent to shareholders whose holdings are held in street name describe the Plan Proposal correctly.

However, the proxy card accompanying the Notice and Proxy Statement sent to registered holders of the company's stock contains a typographical error with respect to this Proposal. The proxy card incorrectly describes the proposed share increase as an increase from 50,000 to 250,000 (versus 300,000).

The company stated that shareholders holding their shares of the company's stock in a brokerage, i.e., in street name, are unaffected, because the proxy card they received with the Notice and Proxy Statement did not contain the typographical error.
