Amtech Lighting Services Awarded Contract for San Francisco's Embarcadero Center.

Amtech Lighting Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has been awarded a multi-million dollar contract by Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE:BXP) as the owner and manager of Embarcadero Center in Downtown San Francisco. The contract covers the lighting retrofit of incandescent and fluorescent light fixtures to energy efficient lamps and ballast, as well as group relamping, throughout four of Embarcadero Center's five office towers, encompassing nearly five million square feet of premier office, retail and parking space. Additionally, energy efficient fixtures will be installed throughout the facility.
