), has been awarded a multi-million dollar contract by Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE:BXP BXP Border Crossing Point

) as the owner and manager of Embarcadero Center in Downtown San Francisco. The contract covers the lighting retrofit of incandescent and fluorescent light fixtures to energy efficient lamps and ballast, as well as group relamping, throughout four of Embarcadero Center's five office towers, encompassing nearly five million square feet of premier office, retail and parking space. Additionally, energy efficient fixtures will be installed throughout the facility.
