Amtech Lighting Services Announces Promotions.

SAN FRANCISCO -- Amtech Lighting Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has announced three key management promotions, naming Mark Binns to executive vice president to head operations, David Orr to vice president of administration and finance, and Jay Lewellyn to vice president and regional manager.

A 15-year industry veteran, Mark Binns previously served as senior vice president and has been employed by Amtech for most of his career. David Orr joined the company more than six years ago bringing extensive electrical and lighting industry experience. Jay Lewellyn's career began with ABM in 1985. He rejoined Amtech six years ago and worked as northwest regional manager until his latest promotion.

"Mark's industry experience and outstanding contributions to the company's operations have been a great asset for our continued growth and business development, and we are pleased to have him serve as our executive vice president," said Steven M.
