Amtech Lighting President Joins Industry Board.

Ron Gilcrease, president of Amtech Lighting Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has been appointed to the board of directors of the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) as an Allied member.

Gilcrease joins the board with more than 30 years' experience in the lighting service industry, and is a past president of NALMCO (International Association of Lighting Management Companies), the Greater Houston Sign Association, and the Texas Sign Manufacturers Association.

"I am looking forward to working closely with my colleagues on the PRSM board to position our industry for success in our evolving retail economy, which is challenging for all of us," said Gilcrease.
