), has signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar elevator modernization contract with New Center Development for the Cadillac Place

Cadillac Place is an ornate high-rise office building in the New Center area of Detroit, Michigan constructed of limestone and marble.
 Building, formerly known as the General Motors Building, in Detroit. The contract covers repair services, preventative maintenance and elevator modernization for 26 elevators and two escalators in the Cadillac Place Building, managed by TrizecHahn Office Properties, Inc.
