), has been awarded an elevator modernization contract with Arden Realty for their 243,404-square-foot property at 9911 West Pico Boulevard Pico Boulevard is a major Los Angeles street that runs from Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica to Central Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles. It is named after Pío Pico, the last Mexican governor of California.  in Los Angeles. The contract extends Amtech's existing preventative maintenance agreement with Arden for another five years. In addition, Amtech currently has a multi-year contract to provide full service elevator and escalator maintenance for all Arden Realty properties.
