) updates progress made developing the Company's "business-to-business" platform. As of Wednesday, December 3, 2003 the following lending agreements are in place or in process. The lending agreements in place are starting to produce business now. The lending agreements in process are expected to be finalized during the first quarter 2004 and begin contributing revenue shortly thereafter.

Florida - Palm Beach FSB #1 - lending agreement in place.
Florida - Palm Beach FSB #2 - lending agreement in place.
Florida - Miami FSB - lending agreement in place.
Montana - FCCU - lending agreement in place.
Montana - BFCU - lending agreement in place.
Montana - TCFCU - lending agreement in process.
Montana - MCFCU - lending agreement in process.
Colorado - "Home Builder" - legal review in process.
