Amstar Financial Services -- OTCBB:AMAF -- Announces New Bank Lending Agreement.

JUPITER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 2003

Amstar Financial Services, Inc. (OTCBB:AMAF) announced today it has signed another agreement with a regional Bank, this time in Amstar's Florida-based Eastern Region, to provide mortgage lending services to the Bank. The services will include conventional, non-conforming, and specialty loan products. This is another in a series of alliances made by Amstar as it expands its business-to-business platform. Recently Amstar management described this platform by stating, "These alliances represent tremendous opportunity. Our technology allows smaller Banks and Credit Unions to offer expanded lending services without having to create the infrastructure. Our business plan utilizes four unique platforms that we expect should hedge our revenue growth against a weakness in any one sector. Business-to-business is important because it feeds our secondary platform while serving markets that otherwise might not have access to products such as these."

Amstar's primary business is mortgage lending. On November 17th Reuters News Service reported that Federal Reserve Board Officials recently pledged patience on monetary policy, going a long way toward calming uncertainty about interest rate increases in the short term. According to Reuters, many Wall Street economists see the Fed waiting until at least the second half of next year before beginning to nudge up the rates. Recent rate hikes caused consumer confusion and slowed the refinance market substantially. However, purchases have continued to set records nationwide. Therefore Amstar has emphasized that its loan officers re-focus on renewable sources of business, not transactions solely dependent on lower interest rates. These sources include realtors, developers, financial planners, and lawyers.
