Amresco Taps Trammell Crow Company for Major Portfolio.

Trammell Crow Company (NYSE: TCC) announced today that it has been appointed by AMRESCO, INC. (Nasdaq: AMMB) to manage and lease a 2,850,787 sf office property portfolio spanning several markets throughout the United States. Trammell Crow Company is one of the country's leading diversified commercial real estate services companies. One of AMRESCO's clients recently acquired this portfolio from a large institutional owner.

The transaction adds 2,247,808 sf of new business to and retains 602,979 sf of existing business at Trammell Crow Company. The portfolio is comprised of: 130,271 sf in Memphis, TN; 741,670 sf in Kansas City, MO; 417,737 sf in Boston, MA; 682,922 sf in Orlando, FL; 568,312 sf in Maryland; 187,792 sf in Houston; and 128,089 sf in Alexandria, VA.

In addition to managing and leasing this portfolio, Trammell Crow Company will handle two property listings and four proposed development sites for AMRESCO.
