Mobilize Features

Mobilize was specifically designed for hoteling with Web-based accessibility from any computer, anywhere, anytime using a standard Web browser The program that serves as your front end to the Web on the Internet. In order to view a site, you type its address (URL) into the browser's Location field; for example, www.computerlanguage.com, and the home page of that site is downloaded to you. . Mobilize's all-around benefits are enhanced by features such as: -0-
-- Support for both self-serve and concierge modes -- By supporting
both the "self-service" and "concierge" modes, Mobilize allows
self-serve users to place their own reservations -- minimizing
administrative involvement -- and also allows for a designated
concierge staff member to manage the reservation process. Many
organizations use a hybrid solution for the best results.

-- Integration with PBX systems -- Mobilize integrates directly with
existing PBX telephone systems in order to assign phone
extensions to the correct workplace. Since the re-routing is
triggered only when the user "checks in," the integration helps
combat system abusers from "squatting" (the use of a workspace
     without a reservation).

-- Utilization and efficiency reporting -- Mobilize can generate
utilization reports to ensure an organization is hitting its
     target people-to-space ratios.

-- Web-based software -- No software needs to be installed on
individual PCs, enabling widespread deployment and rapid use.
This functionality enables any member of the organization, with
the appropriate permission, to reserve a workplace from any
     location at any time.

-- Easy to learn and use -- Using a familiar Web browser design as
its base graphical user interface, Mobilize is easy to navigate.
Pictures and floor plans can be included as additional user
     guides.
