THE leafy credentials of this two-bedroom end terrace house, next to a local green in Tile Cross Tile Cross is an area in the east of the city of Birmingham, England. It is a small area with a shopping centre on the borders of the Meadway, Marston Green and The Radleys. , are enhanced by sizeable long gardens both back and front.

The centrally-heated, double and secondary-glazed house, in Braymoor Road, Tile Cross, is on sale through Dixons' Castle Bromwich branch at pounds 115,000.

Upstairs, off a landing with loft access, the 14ft 5in by 10ft 3in main bedroom and a 9ft 9in square second bedroom both have built-in wardrobes. In the second bedroom, there is also an airing cupboard.

The tiled-wall bathroom has double glazed windows to the side and rear and includes a bath with shower unit.
