Amphire Profits Fuel Aggressive Acquisition Strategy; Amphire Delivers Thirteenth Consecutive Quarter of Profitability.


REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. -- Amphire(R) Solutions announced today that 2005 fourth quarter earnings grew 44 percent versus the previous quarter and that the company has achieved its thirteenth consecutive quarter of profitability. With today's announcement of Amphire's acquisition of the Tibersoft Commerce and Buyer products, Amphire's trading community will grow more than 35 percent to over 40,000 foodservice brokers, buying and selling groups Selling Group
