, a director of Amphion, acquired 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at the placing price of 25p per Ordinary Share. Richard Morgan is now interested in 16,289,703 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 16.274 per cent. of the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the Placing.

In addition, as part of the Placing, Amphion Capital Partners (a related entity and existing shareholder) acquired 1.025m Ordinary Shares in the Company and is now interested in 8,025,000 Ordinary Shares representing 8.017 per cent. of the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the Placing. The shares are registered in the name of Amphion Capital Partners. The partners in Amphion Capital Partners are Richard Morgan, Robert Bertoldi, Richard Mansell-Jones, Anthony Henfrey and Jim Macaleer, all of whom are directors of Amphion Innovations.
