AMPHIBIOUS VEHICLES ACCORD. Rodedawg International Industries, Inc., based in San Mateo, Calif., said Jan. 6 it has entered into a non-exclusive distribution agreement in Nicaragua to distribute its amphibious vehicles. Rodedawg has granted Nicattler exclusive distributorship for the Nicaragua Market, subject to the requirement of placing orders for a minimum of 100 vehicles in 2006. This agreement stipulates that Nicattler is required to establish, in favor of Rodedawg, a 30% deposit and irrevocable letter of credit for the balance of each purchase order. If only the minimum of units are sold in 2006 per the distribution agreement, this could add over US$4.5 million to our overall sales in 2006, said Flor Castellon, the President of Nicattler.
