The Company has also given notice to the trustee of its 12% Senior Notes due August 2008 of its intention to redeem $50.0 million of the Senior Notes at the end of December 2004. After the redemption approximately $15.6 million of the 12% Senior Notes will remain outstanding. The reduction in indebtedness by a total of $60.2 million will reduce the Company's interest expense by approximately $8 million annually or $2.07 per diluted share.
