Amperion and Data Ventures Inc Partner to Launch Commercial Broadband Over Power Line -BPL- Service Throughout North America.

The BPL business model offers utilities a variety of roles. Utilities can lease their lines to a company like DVI, or offer service on a wholesales or retail level.
