Grid's MobilePOS software, executing on handheld terminals, collect parking ticket and fee payment information and transmit the data wirelessly to a MobilePOS server residing at the garage office for authorizing the transactions. The MobilePOS server communicates with Alliance Data Systems' transaction network for real-time credit card payment processing.
