Ampco System Parking Renews Contract With New River Center in Florida.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 13, 2003

Ampco System Parking, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), has been awarded a multi-year contract renewal with New River Center, also known as the Sun-Sentinel Building. Ampco will provide parking maintenance for a 600-car parking facility at the 21-story New River Center, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the New River Center was designed by Cooper Carry, Inc., and constructed by Stiles Construction Co. in 1990. The postmodern, high-rise office building services such clients as the Sun-Sentinel newspaper.
