Amos Sela Appointed CEO of Delta Three, RSL Com's Global Internet Telephony Subsidiary.

RSL Communications, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RSLC) today announced that Amos Sela has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Delta Three, Inc. (www.deltathree.com), RSL COM's Voice over Internet Protocol and web communications subsidiary.

Mr. Sela was most recently Director and Deputy Managing Director of ISIS, a leading South African systems integrator and software house where he led the diversification of the company's business from primarily defense contracts to 90 percent public and commercial accounts. He also served as Senior Vice President of DCL Technologies of Israel, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of high technology products and services. Earlier, Mr. Sela initiated and served as General Manager of Aurec's GOLDNET, Israel's first value-added service provider. Previously, he held a number of positions with Control Data Europe, including European Marketing Manager for Cybernet services and General Manager of delivery strategy, plans and programs.

Mr. Sela received a Bachelor of Science degree (with distinction) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, from which he also received his Masters of Science degree in nuclear physics.
