Amnis Systems Inc. (OTCBB:AMNM)(Frankfurt:ANI), a leading global provider of networked streaming video systems, announced it completed a new financing of $.45 million.

The investment was made by Stonestreet Limited Partnership and Alpha Capital Aktiengesellschaft who also provided funding in February 2002.
