Amnis Energy Inc. Announces Booster Added At Morton Oil Field.

Amnis Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMNI) Amnis Energy announces a Hurricane booster compressor has been obtained and has arrived on the Morton LTO pilot test site to augment the existing IR compressor.

For the past two months the IR compressor has been supplying air into the injector at a rate of 1,400 SCF per day at 350 psi. This new booster compressor is capable of achieving an air injection rate of 1.3 million cubic ft per day (SCF) when coupled with the existing Ingersoll- Rand 350 psi/900cfm compressor. Spontaneous ignition within the reservoir has occurred as evidenced by testing of the gases at the two producing wells. The new Hurricane booster will enhance ignition, shorten the response time and ultimately increase oil production. As of today the compressor system (Hurricane and IR) are now set up to operate 24 hrs / day 7 days/week.
