Amkor Technology Names Bruce Freyman Executive Vice President.

CHANDLER, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2002

Amkor Technology Amkor Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMKR) is a high-tech semiconductor product manufacturer that includes Intel and IBM among its primary customers. Previously headquartered in West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States, Amkor recently announced that it will move to Chandler, , Inc. At Amkor, Freyman spearheaded the development of the Laminate Product Group, which is now Amkor's largest revenue product family, and he later formed the System-in-Package Group. He broadened his responsibility to include all of Amkor's product business units in 1999, and Amkor's worldwide manufacturing organization in 2001.

Freyman received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1982 and his M.B.A. in 1986.
