Announces Significant Equipment Purchase Order

Amitelo Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ALOC) announced today that CEO, Khaled Akid, has been invited by Togo Telecom to attend a bilateral meeting to negotiate a Direct Liaison / Direct Route contract between both companies' Networks to exchange voice traffic. Togo Telecom is a state born and managed telecommunications company in the West African country of Togo, with committed capital of 4 billion francs. Togo, a sovereign nation since 1960, has a population of roughly 5.5 million with the current President having maintained power since 1967.

Amitelo's CEO, Khaled Akid commented, "I will be attending this Bilateral Meeting in Lome to negotiate the terms & conditions of a possible Agreement between Amitelo and Togo Telecom. This collaboration contract will call for the establishment of a Direct Route between both companies' Networks to principally exchange international voice traffic." He added, "This is a link that could generate a minimum of $2 Million US in revenue for the first year of operation between Amitelo and Togo Telecom." He continued, "Amitelo is focusing on West Africa in 2004 and we will be able to finalize several similar deals with other PTTs in this emerging region."

Amitelo Communications Inc. also announced today that its subsidiary, Sunline Communications SL had placed its first Purchase Order for 2004 to procure DSL Modems / DVB PCI Cards & USB Boxes that will turn into installation revenue of approx. 69.000 Euro ($86,260) and 24.000 Euro ($30,000) in total subscription fees per annum as recurring revenue.
