launches today Activities' Plan Outlines for year 2004

Dear Shareholders / Dear Business Partners / Dear Employees,

First of all, I want to wish you a happy and prosperous New Years 2004, and thank you for your contribution to the continuous and progressive success of Amitelo. I am delighted to launch Amitelo's Activities' Plan Outlines 2004 for you to acquire a clear and transparent view of our Business Strategy set for this New Year.

Through our subsidiary Sunline Communications SL in Malaga, Amitelo will continue to develop the sales and promotion of Satellite DSL DSL

Digital Subscriber Lines to people lacking connectivity within the English, German, French and Dutch communities in Southern Spain. These newly built urbanizations are still lacking telecommunications infrastructure. We are going to increase our Spanish direct points of Sales to five (5) points: Costa del Sol Costa del Sol (kō`stä thĕl sōl`), a strip of coastline, S. Spain, in Andalusia, extending from Motril to Estepona The area has become famous as a Mediterranean coastal resort, and its tourist industry continues to expand. , Costa Brava Costa Brava (kō`stä brä`vä), a strip of coastline, Girona prov., NE Spain, in Catalonia, near the French border on the Mediterranean. , Costa Blanca Costa Blanca refers to the over 200 kilometres of coastline belonging to the Province of Alicante in Spain. The name "Costa Blanca" was devised as a promotional name used by BEA when they launched their air service (for £38.16s.-) between London and Valencia in 1957. , Mallorca and the Canary Islands Canary Islands, Span. Islas Canarias, group of seven islands (1990 pop. 1,589,403), 2,808 sq mi (7,273 sq km), autonomous region of Spain, in the Atlantic Ocean off Western Sahara. They constitute two provinces of Spain. Santa Cruz de Tenerife (1990 pop. . We will then open a new sales subsidiary in Portugal to develop the SAT DSL services in the southern part of Portugal where conditions are similar and identical to Southern Spain.

Furthermore, during the 1st quarter of the year, Amitelo's subsidiary in Spain will implement its first wireless Network within one of the newly built urbanization to connect it to its international Telecommunications Network A telecommunications network is a of telecommunications links and nodes arranged so that messages may be passed from one part of the network to another over multiple links and through various nodes. . The company will be able to deliver wireless telephone lines (ISDN ISDN

and / or Analogue) and Internet Broadband services (WLAN See wireless LAN.

) to the residents with fair and reasonable market rates. The generated voice traffic will be transported via Sunline's IP Gateway in Malaga to Amitelo's International Telephony Gateway in Frankfurt for termination purposes. This transport's method has nothing to do with Public Internet as the accommodation of Sunline's traffic will occur on dedicated lines using the IP Protocol to transport the generated traffic in Spain to Frankfurt / Germany, hence the superior voice quality. The VoIP technologies are used by major Operators worldwide to reduce the investment costs Those program costs required beyond the development phase to introduce into operational use a new capability; to procure initial, additional, or replacement equipment for operational forces; or to provide for major modifications of an existing capability.  if compared to the conventional means.

The International Telephony Gateway of Amitelo to be implemented in the 1st quarter of year 2004 in Frankfurt / Germany will be based initially on a Switch partition to be leased from one of the reputable carriers. This will eliminate major investments and assist Amitelo to first develop its international traffic and Network and afterwards install the appropriate IP Technology (Switch) to handle and deal with Amitelo's own generated traffic and the Carrier international traffic to be sent to Amitelo's IP Direct Routes. The company will be establishing 2 to 3 profitable IP Direct Routes to hard-to-reach destinations in Africa and the Middle East and therefore starts developing the Carrier Business by accepting the termination of Carriers' traffic flowing to these hard-to-reach destinations. This is a wise way to develop Amitelo's Carrier Business rather than going for the risky minutes trading or exchange of traffic with nominal margin. Amitelo's IP Direct Routes to be offered to Carriers will be purely profitable as the termination rates Termination rates are the charges which one telecommunications operator will charge another in order to terminate calls on their network.

For example, a customer of T-Mobile wishes to call a friend who has a Vodafone mobile.
in Africa and / or the Middle East are still allowing a good margin.

You are certainly aware of the signed Letter of Intent to acquire GNT GNT Good News Translation (Bible)
GNT Generation Nouvelles Technologies (Paris, France)
GNT Greek New Testament
GNT Grand National Teams (ACBL Bridge competition)
Global Network Telephone GmbH (http://www.gnt-de.net). After completion, This will be purely a strategic move towards having Amitelo be well positioned worldwide. We will have then the opportunity to consolidate our Businesses towards expanding the offering of our VoIP services in many regions of the emerging markets in Africa and the Middle East. GNT owns an international Network that offers an immediate growth platform for Amitelo. IP Direct Routes will further be developed with GNT and also Wireless Networks will be jointly implemented in certain regions in Africa and the Middle East to primary offer VoIP Telephony and Broadband services.

We are also looking at another acquisition in Casablanca / Morocco that can be completed by February 2004. After completion of the acquisition, Amitelo will then initiate the sales of SAT DSL Services within the territory and in the same time prepare for the implementation of its international Call Center and of its Network Monitoring The term network monitoring describes the use of a system that constantly monitors a computer network for slow or failing systems and that notifies the network administrator in case of outages via email, pager or other alarms.  center. The Network Monitoring center will monitor, via an IP dedicated connection, the international Network of Amitelo 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. This will allow the perfect streamlining of Amitelo's operations. The International Call Center will be implemented primarily to provide customer care and support to Amitelo's international customers in several languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish and Arabic. Such Call Center services will be then marketed internationally to other corporations needing similar services. We have chosen Morocco due to the availability of highly qualified work force and due to the fairness and reasonableness of the labor cost compared to the US or to Europe.

Through our Subsidiary MIDNET SA in Beirut / Lebanon, we will be able to promote our services to the local Lebanese market and also initiate our Iraq telephony Gateway to serve the Iraqi communities by offering Pre-paid Telephony and Internet services. MIDNET has already applied for a Wireless License to implement a Wireless Fixed Network in the Territory and we will be able to connect the MIDNET's local Network to Amitelo's International Gateway in Frankfurt.

I hope that I have given you an overview of Amitelo's activities plan and I will not miss the opportunity to update you.

Best Regards

Khaled Akid

Chief Executive Officer
