Amisys Synertech and Verilet finalize strategic alliance.


Amisys Synertech Inc. and Verilet, Inc. have finalized See finalization.  their joint marketing and sales effort to offer integrated IT products to Amisys Synertech customers. In addition to this base of 80 health plans serving more than 13 million members, there are plans to offer similar services to dozens of other health plans this year.

Under terms of the licensing agreement, Verilet's @bovehealth will be sold by Amisys Synertech as the preferred Web solution for Amisys Synertech's products and services, including AMISYS Advance, AMISYS 3000 and the Synertech System Suite. The @bovehealth suite of products provides next-generation, online business solutions for healthcare plans, providers, members, employers and brokers. It allows healthcare organizations to connect directly with customers by providing secure access to information from their legacy system via the Internet Internet
