Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah received on Wednesday at Bayan Palace Consultant Salim

Al-Khudhair and Dr. Humoud Al-Khudhair, and was presented with a PhD thesis on

security media which he is to, in turn, present to His Highness the Amir. The minister also received Sheikh Bandar Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah (jā`bĕr är-äkh`mäd ä-säbä`), 1926–2006, emir of Kuwait (1977–2006). A member of Kuwait's ruling Sabah family, he was the third son of Sheikh Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah (r.  and Dr.

Abdelmihsin Al-Azmi who presented him with a PhD thesis on accomplishments of

the late Amir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Jaber III al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah (Arabic: صاحب السمو الأمير الشيخ جابر الأحمد . The minister's audiences also included Rashid Khalid Al-Quoud who presented

him with several works of art. Sheikh Nasser also received Chairman of Kuwait's Credit and Saving Bank

Mohammad Al-Nomas.
