AmikaNow! and EDUCOM Announce OEM Technology Partnership.

AmikaNow!, a leader in email management tools driven by intelligent content interpretation software and EDUCOM EDUCOM Educational Communications , a leading provider of integrated email management and archiving solutions, today announced an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. , email today represents 97% of communication in the enterprise. According to IDC we now have over 1 Billion corporate email boxes receiving an average of 37 emails a day. A growing proportion of emails are official corporate documents that need to be archived and later searched.

EDUCOM has entered into a strategic OEM licensing agreement with AmikaNow! for the AmikaHighlighter content interpretation and summarization technology. The AmikaHighlighter is a high-performance, low-footprint software component that can be embedded in any system or application. This component can take any text as input and produce an abbreviated version as a set of key "highlights," or key content including key phrases or abbreviated key sentences of that text.
