Amica Mutual, a national writer of automobile, homeowners, life, marine and personal umbrella liability insurance, sought a Web-based correspondence solution that could easily integrate with its new claims administration system and its policy production applications.

Key factors that influenced Amica Mutual's selection included Docucorp's ability to integrate with their line of business applications, ability to handle the document review process and the ease of use of the document creation tool.
