Amherst Technologies Names New Vice President of Sales - Central Region.


MERRIMACK, N.H. -- Amherst Technologies, a leading IT solution and services provider, today announced that Steven Fazende has been appointed Vice President of Sales in the Central Region. Fazende is responsible for all Amherst sales and services revenue in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee served by the Dallas and Houston locations. Fazende also manages the Dallas-based Integration Center that provides services, training and solution evaluation for customers. He reports to Chris Swahn, President of Sales, Services and Marketing.

Prior to joining Amherst, Fazende served at Storage Technology Corporation for eleven years in various sales leadership positions. As Director of Sales for the Central Region Growth markets, Fazende drove more than $120 million in revenues and opened over 500 new mid-sized businesses in a two year period.
