Amex CEO Wolkoff to Speak at Miami ValueRich Small-cap Expo.

 and becoming an independent exchange, the Amex has continued fulfilling its promise to aggressively grow its exchange. Aside from plans to launch a state-of-the-art electronic platform to comply with SEC regulations, it also hopes to increase service to Tier 2 companies.

The Winter 2006 issue of ValueRich magazine includes an article on new Amex initiatives. In the article, Wolkoff says, "We had a very strong year with 97 new companies in 2005.
