 On-Demand announced today that Thomas Delano rejoined the company as Business Development Executive to support the publishing industry's growing demand for custom publishing, short-run digital printing, content management, and electronic delivery solutions.

"Tom will be an invaluable resource to Ames in continuing to build Ames On-Demand as major innovator in custom publishing and digital printing services," said Tom Kell, president and chief executive officer of parent company Ames Safety Envelope Company.

Prior to joining Ames On-Demand, Delano was chief business development officer of booktech.com and executive vice president of the Ivey Companies and its integrated printing company, The kms Companies. Additionally, over the past 25 years Tom has served successfully in a variety of management roles for such major publishers as Houghton Mifflin, D.C. Heath, and Allyn and Bacon.
