) announced today that a federal district court jury in Los Angeles reached a verdict against Ameron in a dispute concerning license rights related to retractable double-containment piping for underground fuel-handling applications.

Ameron disagrees with the jury's findings and is evaluating its options for appeal.

Ameron does not expect the jury's verdict to have a financial impact on continuing operations continuing operations
